Thanks to our three stations rotary thermoforming machine, our one station machine with pressurized chamber and our third machine with a convection oven, our thermoforming field of action is really vast. We are specialized in vacuum forming, as much as in free forming, as mechanical drape/stretch forming, as plug assist forming.
Our expertise in thermoforming with different polymeric materials allows us to produce parts in polycarbonate (PC), acrylics (PMMA), ABS, styrene, PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, TPO, in thicknesses from 0.020 in (0.5 mm) to 1 in (24.5 mm), painted or not and in multiple sorts of texture and color.
